Here is an event held in Gent (B) for 10.000 people "Solidariteit voor het gezin". The client was Manuel Blancquaerts, Prime Events (B) There were several artitst like Frederic Boul, Lotta, Heracles, 3 tissueacts, and Pierrot. in a cirque show and after that a complete concert of the dutch famous singer Marco Borsato and his band. For the cirque show there was a huge projection halfway the stage and we took it down for the concert. The whole lightset was used for the cirqueshow and EML placed some trusspoles in the back for the concertpart. I used my complete set and operated it together with Carlo Zaenen with his backlights for Marco. The rentalcompany for the light and sound was AED Belgium, thanks to Steven. I used MAC 2000 Wash and Perfomance, MAC 700 Wash and Spot and the new MAC TW1 plus a handfull of MAC 250 Washes in my design here. It was kind of difficult becouse the stage was very narrow but very wide and nothing could hang in front of the huge projections. I used an HOG 2 with wing to operate the whole set. With one night of preprogramming we made some good pictures and a nice show. Ofcourse Manuel used widescreen PANI projection and some big videoscreens.
